Rebecca Keating Leventopoulos

Rebecca Keating Leventopoulos is a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney and is admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Federal District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. She earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne Law School in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seton Hill College in 1999.

While in law school Ms. Leventopoulos served as Chairperson for the Intellectual Property and Technological Law Society. Subsequently, she co-wrote "The Role of Communication in Resolving Patent Issues: Science and Law" published in Communicating Science, 2d Edition, Eileen Scanlon, editor (Milton Keynes: The Open University Press, 2002) with Professor Kirk W. Junker of Duquesne Law School.

Prior to joining James Ray and Associates, Ms. Leventopoulos held an associate attorney position at a general practice firm in the Pittsburgh region, served as an intern for the Honorable Justice Stephen Zappala of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Duquesne Law School. The diversity of her work experience has contributed greatly to her knowledge and understanding of various areas of law. At James Ray and Associates she focuses primarily on patent prosecution and obtaining broadest patent protection for inventors.
