John E. Aiken
John E. Aiken graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a MS in Chemical Engineering. In his time since his graduation, Mr. Aiken has maintained a position as a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Mr. Aiken has over thirty-two years of experience in research & development with US Steel, Aristech Chemical, and Sunoco Chemical; during this time Mr. Aiken held numerous positions from Research Engineer to Division Manager. Mr. Aiken holds extensive experience in process development, process design, pilot-plant design and operation, and troubleshooting. Processes and products supported include industrial chemical, polymers (plastics), and environmental.
In regards to patent experience, Mr. Aiken holds over two years of experience performing patent searches and assisting with writing provisional and utility patents. Mr. Aiken is also the inventor or coinventor on several US patents: 4,238,460, 4,248,832, 4,277,453, 4,325,921, 4,410,499, 4,454,348, 5,300,702, 5,567,838, 7,049,474 , and 7,126,032; in addition, Mr. Aiken has multiple published applications: US 2004/0138510 and 2007/0261294.
