Frank C. Vigani

Frank C. Vigani holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. From 1966 to 1975 Mr. Vigani was a research engineer at the Mellon Institute, part of Carnegie-Mellon University. While there, Mr. Vigani worked on various water pollution abatement studies for the sponsor organization: the American Iron and Steel Institute.

From 1975 until 1986 Mr. Vigani was a Research Engineer for United States Steel. While there Mr. Vigani performed laboratory and field pilot plant studies for the installation of various water pollution abatement equipment at USS facilities, designed and built a continuous polypropylene pilot plant, and developed various mathematical models for the production of polypropylene.

From 1986 until 1999 Mr. Vigani was the Senior Process Engineer for Aristech Chemicals Corp. While there, Mr. Vigani was responsible for developing pilot plant products that were ultimately produced in various ACC plant, developed mathematical process models of various in plant operations, and participated in the startup of two polypropylene manufacturing plants.

From 2000 until 2003, Mr. Vigani was a Senior Staff Engineer at Sunoco Chemicals where he developed full scale propylene distillated design for retrofit of an existing unit and troubleshot various process problems at Sunoco Chemicals polypropylene facilities.

Mr. Vigani joined James Ray & Associates in 2004 as a Patent Searcher.
